Shipping

The VELMORE UNO ships from a warehouse within the United States. Shipping is free on every order. Most US orders arrive within 5–12 business days of ordering. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order leaves the warehouse. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees; weather and carrier delays can extend them, and we will tell you where your order is if you ask.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return the machine for a refund.

• The machine must be returned in its original condition with its accessories.
• Contact us before sending anything back so we can give you the return address and instructions.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected.
• Units that arrive damaged, or that fail on arrival, are replaced or refunded in full — including return shipping — under the warranty below.

Warranty

Every machine carries the manufacturer's 12-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.

Privacy

We collect only the information needed to take payment, ship your order and answer your messages: name, address, email and order details. We do not sell personal information. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.
