Are the portafilter and pitcher really free?
Yes. The 58mm portafilter and milk frothing pitcher are included with every machine at $0.00 — they appear as free line items on your order. No code or minimum spend.
What's in the Complete Bundle?
Ten tools: metal tamper, WDT tool, dosing funnel, puck screens, knock box, coffee scale, distributor tool, cleaning brush, frothing pitcher and shot glasses — $99.00 when added with your machine (regularly $199.00).
Does it work with US outlets?
Yes. This is the 120V US model (110–130V) with a US plug, 1350W. No converter or adapter needed.
What coffee does it use?
Ground coffee in the portafilter, with a reusable filter. It is not a pod machine — any fresh ground espresso works.
What if it arrives damaged or stops working?
Every machine carries a 12-month manufacturer warranty against defects. For damage in transit or a dead-on-arrival unit, contact us within 30 days and we will arrange a replacement or refund under our returns policy.
What is your return policy?
